2. Orders & Payment

- Payments via Stripe

- Orders confirmed after payment

3. Shipping & Delivery

- Paperback: Print on Demand which takes between 7–10 business days

- Digital: within 1-2 hours

4. Refunds & Returns

- Paperback: refund in 7 days if in re-saleable condition and after physical inspection

- Digital: refund only for accidental purchases if <10% read

- Excessive returns may restrict account

5. Intellectual Property

- All content protected by copyright

- Purchases are for personal use only

6. Limitation of Liability

- Publisher not responsible for postal delays, technical failures, force majeure

- No Publisher liability for misuse

7. Account Use

- Customers responsible for security of account and passwords

- Abuse may result in termination

Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Physical Products (Paperback)

Refund available within 7 days of receipt if book is unopened, pristine and resaleable.

Purchaser covers return postage.

Refund processed after physical inspection.

2. Digital Products (E-book, Audiobook)

Refunds not available if 5% or more of content has been read.

- Excessive refunds may lead to account restrictions.
